On November 1, 2018 the Future of Real Estate held a discussion centering around new landmark projects in up-and-coming, densifying pockets of Toronto and featured a panel of stakeholders directly involved in the revitalization of these areas. The discussion was primarily focused on commercial and residential developments in the Junction, Waterfront Toronto, Queen East, and Leslieville, as well as how these areas are expected to continue transforming in upcoming years.
On June 21st the FORE team hosted its second Summer Social. Special thanks to FCT for the food and drinks and to Marche/Muvbox for hosting. With over 100 real estate professionals in attendance the event was a huge success.

The manner in which space is developed and used in commercial and residential real estate is rapidly changing, and owners, managers and developers have been forced to prepare and adapt accordingly. Please join the Future of Real Estate (FORE) on October 17 for a discussion with respected industry leaders regarding trends of space optimization, workplace engagement, shifting demographics and technological advancement as they relate to our business: Real Estate.
The event will be held at Deloitte’s new national headquarters in the Bay Adelaide Centre, an impressive example of leadership in redefining the way we think about the workplace.
On July 27th the FORE team hosted its inaugural Summer Social. Special thanks to Fogler, Rubinoff LLP and Ellis Don for the food and drink and to Marche/Muvbox for hosting. With over 150 real estate professionals in attendance the event was a huge success.
The event will feature a panel comprised of real estate industry veterans who experienced firsthand the real estate recession in the early 1990s, relating their experiences to a younger generation and addressing similarities and differences with the prevailing market environment in 2017.
In Toronto, each year, the holiday season comes early for the real estate professionals as major industry players; lawyers and other service providers host lavish parties leading up to the Toronto Real Estate forum in early December. On November 18th, 50 real estate professionals joined the FORE team at the Citizen in kicking off the holiday season in style.
The team hosted a panel discussion on career planning and transitioning as the first rebranded event as the Future of Real estate or FORE, which was previously known in the industry as the Young Commercial Mortgage Lenders Association.
